You can use a promotional code at the checkout by typing it into the ‘Discount Code’ box which will apply the promotional code to your order. If you use an instant payment method such as Apply Pay, this may bypass the checkout altogether and you will be unable to use a promotional code. We are not able to apply a promotional code to your order once it has been submitted.
Sadly, you can only use one promotional code at the checkout on your order.
You don’t need an account to buy online at Unseen hair, but if you register with us you will receive newsletters with regular offers and promotional codes.

Unseen hair offer premuim grade hair extensions with a lifespan of up to 12months following correct aftercare/maintenance.
Yes all of our hair is 100% human and has been ethically sourced. No artificial or animal hair is used in our extensions meaning they are natural to look and feel as well as long-lasting.
We do not recommend swimming with Unseen Hair. When swimming with hair extensions we always advise to cover hair in conditioner prior to protect the hair from chlorine damage. Always wash and dry hair immediately after swimming never leave your bonds wet for a period of time.
Never apply home dye’s or toners to your hair extensions. Any colouring or toning should be carried out by a professional.
Yes, hair can be worn up but we do not recommend to wear hair up high as this will create tension to your own hair and may cause damage, we recommend to wear hair in a mid to low pony tail or plait.
No damage to your own hair with Unseen Hair Extensions, Providing your technician is a professional who is qualified and all after care steps are followed.
Returns
As soon as Unseen Hair have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna/Clearpay will cancel the statement or refund your payment.
As soon as the product has been returned and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. This will be returned to original payment method used upon checkout.
